VimpelCom appoints Spark – SMG to manage global media planning and buying

Spark, part of Starcom Mediavest Group, wins planning, management and buying for Mobilink in Pakistan, third time in a row. Besides Pakistan, SMG will also be looking after VimpelCom’s brands in Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Georgia.
